WOOD CREATIONS
Over the last five years I have been making wood prints, books, and signs. It all started with the idea of creating a wood book with images that fill the pages. I love the texture and dimensional effect that it gives the image. They are each unique and hand made by myself. I have taken the image transfer process and made my own recipe for creating these pieces. I start with transferring a laser print image onto wood with a gel medium. Depending on how the image comes out from the transfer, I apply different coats of paints and stains. All pieces are finished with a wax to preserve the image.
